I just called the number and ordered the kit. It took all of about 3 minutes. Pretty easy. They said they would send the test to me, and after we follow the instructions and perform the test, we send it back to them and they will send the results back to us. You have the option of email or postal mail.
I will keep this updated and let you know how it went. Considering that there is no cost, it's probably worth it just to be safe.
